March download from the perspective of ALREADY having accomplished the goal


Hi Brooke,

This work. So good.

I’ve been doing my download as though it’s already happened, right now. I’ve already succeeded. It’s here. I’m writing what it is I’m doing each day to make it happen, what I believe, how it feels. Different thoughts and actions and beliefs come to me each day. It’s sort of a version of the December work – I’m the person who’s already accomplished this and I’m enumerating the skills and habits I have that have helped generate my success as they spontaneously occur to me.

I re-watched the homework video. The instructions are to brainstorm positive thoughts about my PURSUING this goal rather than having already accomplished this. I can easily shift to this instead. Does it matter?
