Sooo excited for the March homework!!!
Already watched the homework video.
and here is my question:
Brooke tells us to come up with a believable different positive thought for every negative thought that tries to interfere with our sentence.
So I have that a lot, really a lot. And my question is what is better to just “replace” it with a positive thought or to go digging and explain to my brain why the negative thought is not justified. Explaining to my brain why a negative thought is not justified helps me a lot.
