March Homework – New thought question


Hi Brooke,

I just went through the March homework document and videos, does the new thought that I’ll work on believing have to be something that has a clear goal/result? I was thinking of having my new thought be to do with my current thoughts of not being good/smart enough so the new thought will be ‘no matter what I do or what happens I am always good enough, I am always worthy and I always matter’. Is that ok or does it need to be more related to an actual goal?
