I’m so excited to do this work in March! Quick clarifying question: I get that we are practicing the same (or variations on it) thought throughout the month. (My thought is about weight loss and believing that I can do it.) In creating a positive thought download, is the idea to create a whole bunch of thoughts about weight loss, or is it ideal to generate positive thoughts on a variety of topics but then do the rest of the homework around weight loss?
I’m sure there’s no one right way to do it…I’m just wondering what you recommend. Thanks so much!
