Hello, I had great 10 min call yesterday where the coach helped me become aware of an obstacle thought I didn’t know was lurking in the background. My thought for this month is: I’m becoming someone who does love herself.
My obstacle thoughts today are – I’m doing this work wrong. It’s not helping.
The way I responded was – Its just my brain freaking out because it thinks something is wrong and that’s okay.
My actions so far have been: to ask for help, start making a list of 100 things I appreciate about myself, practice that list daily & add to it daily, have awareness around my thoughts and feelings throughout the day.
Are there any suggestions you would love on better alternative thoughts and possibly actions? I’m trying to come from the place of someone who does already love themself. What do they think?
