March thought – confusion

So the thought I wanted to choose for March was “I am on my way to reach 120 lbs” but I find myself stalling and not doing the work because it does not make me feel anything. One of the reasons for that I think is because my brain is suggesting that it’s not about the weight but about the fact that I need to learn how to feel my emotions – i.e. the thought I choose should be “I can feel my emotion in any circumstance”. I use this as a way to feel confused and not get any work done (+ binge-ing). Any thoughts?
