Mary’s Gone Crackers

Hi Brooke…in one of your Stop Overeating videos you mentioned that some of your coaches have found crackers made without flour. Can you tell me the name of these crackers? Are they Mary’s Gone Crackers? When I look at the label, it does not mention flour, at all. However, I cannot imagine how a cracker would be made without flour. Here are the ingredients: Organic short Grain Brown Rice, Organic Whole Quinoa, Organic Brown Flax Seeds, Organic Brown Sesame Seeds, Filtered Water, Organic Wheat-Free Low Sodium Tamari (Water, Whole organic Soybeans, Salt, Organic Alcohol), Sea Salt. I would like to add some type of crackers to my protocol as I do eat both sardines and tuna salad (tuna made with mayo, celery and onion) and would like to have a cracker to put this on. Also to put cheese on. I had a brain trauma a few years back and my neurologist likes me to have good fats for my brain, including sardines and avocado. Please let me know if this is acceptable to add to have on my protocol. I do know I could eat those things without the crackers, but I also want this to be something I can follow long-term.
