I feel like I am learning so much and emotionally feel much better and noticing my awareness of what my thoughts create for me. I can often naturally let go.
I am doing some ladder thoughts and intentional models but still get discouraged whenever I slip back to an old pattern or model. I am working on the thought ‘This is an amazing opportunity for me to learn’ when I slip off protocol but I feel I would really benefit from more info on massive action. A lot of my activity in Scholars is passive – i.e listening to the calls rather than getting coached myself and listening to calls over doing models. I just re listened to ’10 Steps to Feel Better’ and would like to explore massive action more. Any top tips for this and where to find massive action resources in Scholars? Thanks so much!
