Massive Action for New Thought


Hi Brooke,
This month I’m working on changing from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset around relationships. I find it challenging to have vulnerable relationships with people outside of my husband, children, and a couple of close friends. The thought I’m working on is “I’m capable of continuous growth.” I’m counteracting my conflicting sentences in the homework with thoughts like ” The discomfort now will be worth the results on the other side.” “This is going to feel scary and that’s okay”. Where I’m struggling is how to take massive action around this. Any tips?
