Massive Action – March homework question

For the daily work my sentence I want to believe is “I am going to weigh 130 lbs.!

Today my feeling about that is anxious (could be some self-pity in there too) and my thought about it is “I have such a long ways to go”.

My alternative thought is “Each day I’m making progress towards my goal”.

I feel stuck on the massive action to counter the conflicting thought.

Any suggestions on the alternative thought and massive action for this conflicting thought?
