Hey–I’ve been in SCS since January 1, and I’m loving the program so far! I’ve got a question, though.
I chose weight loss as my one target area, since you recommended really digging into one aspect of your life–massive action in one area. Since January 1, I’ve lost nearly 20 lbs, which puts me about 25 lbs away from my goal weight. But at this point, I sort of feel like I’ve gotten into the “groove” with my diet. I even took a few deliberate days on a modified protocol while on vacation and was able to jump right back in the very next day after getting home, something that has always been a struggle for me.
I’ve done a LOT of thought processing around this area, so I’m wondering when it’s time to pick a new target area. Is it when I’ve 100% hit my goal weight, or when I’ve mastered the concepts enough to feel like I can shift my mental energy elsewhere? I’d love to start tackling my business growth, but don’t want to lose my weight loss progress around the way.
