Massive action vs not reaching a goal

I’m struggling between setting specific goals that require massive action… and then not reaching my goal by the specified deadline and somehow being okay with that.

For example:
I’m in SCS to lose weight.
I hadn’t lost much – a few weeks ago you told me to focus and expect more from myself. Good advice.
I set a goal to weigh 210 by December 1. Setting the goal itself was huge and scary and would require significant focus and work. Which I did. But in addition to the focus and work, I also made mistakes and poor decisions.

Bottom line? I still don’t weigh 210. I’m close. And certainly closer than I was. But where do I go from here?

How do I keep taking “massive action” when I keep falling short?
