Mastering the Model


I am wondering if this is an effective model:
C- diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (intestinal disease), receive blood transfusions to fight symptoms of diarrhea, vomiting and pain from eating
T – I am an emotional eater
F- concerned
A – journal weekly goals like exercise 3x a week, journal about not indulging, indulge on healthy foods, make excuses like “tomorrow’s a new day, “it’s just 1 little bowl of ice cream”, sign up for and pay for a month’s worth of Zumba class, watch you-tube exercise videos, don’t stay consistent, instead of three days do only two days, eat when I am happy, eat when I am stressed
R – I prevent myself from having controlled eating habits
