When I was doing day one of the first three weeks and listing my judgements I felt horrible and sad about the thoughts I was having. The last week I picked the relationship with myself to focus on. When I was completing the list of judgements they seemed like solid facts, not thoughts. I was accepting of the not nice judgements I have about myself and simply believed they are all true. Very interesting – it kind of freaked me out!
