Measurable goal

I have been working on the compelling reasons podcast and workshop. The commitment I want to chose is to “show up as the wife and mom I want to be” and I plan to achieve this goal by getting my mind management really dialed in. I have committed to 30 minutes of active thought work every day but other than that I am having a hard time making this goal measurable or setting a date to have it accomplished by. I’d love any guidance. Thanks!
