Thanks a lot for your answer to my “when begin?” question. Answer is: now!
My first goal will be to be emotionally stable, I mean: to continue to love me when I feel uncomfortable emotions, be able to welcome any emotions without thinking I am no-good or a loser, or my past choices were totally bad, or my life is failed (that’s why I just began the “mastering emotional wellbeing” study vault, which is pretty powerful!).
My question is: How may I write precisely this goal? How to transform this goal into a measurable one, in an affirmative way?
For example: To feel confident and always love me? Or not to feel failed and a loser again? Since when?
