I love the results I’ve gotten with my weight loss as a result of managing my mind around urges! I am now using the same tools for procrastination – making a daily plan 24 hours in advance, doing urge worksheets on procrastination/buffering.
My question is – when I used a weight as a goal, it was a concrete measurement to indicate if my plan was working – What is an appropriate measurable goal for procrastination? The amount of projects I get done in a week doesn’t fit well. Any suggestions? I plan on getting to 100 procrastination urges, but I was thinking an “end goal” tells me when I’m done, like the weight goal.
