Measurable goal self love

Hi, I’m listening to the Diamond call with Rachel Hart about “Why haven’t you committed yet” (so amazing!). I’m realizing I need to have my option A be showing up for myself which I make it mean self-love, self-compassion, no self-judgment all the time, no beating myself up anymore. I wonder how do I make it measurable? I can’t find a way like with food or any buffering like respecting my protocol. Any suggestions?
