So I have decided that I want to be the best balayage artist in my city. I wrote down that I will have achieved this goal by July 31st, 2020. But I don’t know how I will measure this. I thought it could be that I charge premium pricing, but that won’t necessarily mean I am the best, just that I charge the most. How do I make this measurable?? How will I know I am truly the best?
