Measuring for Protocol

Hi there! Working on my protocol. Do you have a standard recommendation for measuring cooked vs raw veg? How do you recommend getting to the 10 oz (for example) if it’s a combination of raw & cooked veg? I’m okay with measuring them separately, just not sure how to do it with the cooked veg if I don’t have a measure for when they were raw. Is there a standard recommendation? Thank you!
