Meeting feelings and thoughts

In my work I have many meetings (for example, I have 7 scheduled for today). In the past I have felt tired and drained after a day full of meetings. I want to change my thinking to hopefully change this feeling. So far I have the following intentional thoughts: I have the exact right number of meetings scheduled for today, I have the right amount of energy needed for the meetings, it’s nice to be part of a team and work with people. Any other thoughts on how to approach shifting this?
