I’ve been single for a while. My last relationship ended 5 years ago. I date a lot but seldom meet anyone that I’m that interested in. It hit me just recently that my habitual thought about men and relationships is really negative. My continuous thought loop goes something like this: There aren’t any great men out there. They are all lame. I’m not attracted to anyone. No one will ever measure up especially when compared to my ex… etc etc etc

But was suddenly struck by something you said in one of your podcasts: Money is easy. And you’ve always had a lot of it.

So my new thought pattern around men is going to be: Men are easy. Relationships are easy. There are lots of great men out there.

Better, huh? LOL
