This is a recurring problem in my life and I’m hoping to see a clean model of what I’m creating for myself:
C: Dinner is done and the kitchen is a mess
T: everyone expects me to cook and also clean up dinner
A: stomp around and clean up loudly hoping someone will notice, act mad while I’m cleaning up, I don’t ask for help or assign tasks to get the kitchen clean, complain in my head and grumble under my breath,
R: I expect myself to cook and clean dinner
I just need another perspective on the result I’m creating … THANKS!
