I worked a lot on not creating such a drama in my everyday life. Like having more relaxing/generous thoughts when hubby did x or y happened in business. In doing so, I realized a thought on kind of a meta level:
c: I’m relaxed and reacting reasonably when x or y happens
t: nobody sees I’m there when I don’t create drama
r: I create drama
That’s quite something I’m on there, I feel. Any ideas on what could be a good intentional thought here, when hubby is like he is (doesn’t react much, when I act reasonably) etc?
