Hi! I really am loving intermittent fasting and the results I’m getting. I know we don’t count calories and I’m trying to focus more on my 2 meals having plenty of protein, vegetables, and good fat in them. I’ve realized that I’m often eating around 1000 calories and wondered if, since my body is eating its own fat in the hours I’m not eating, do I need to worry about this or will my metabolism be ok? Thanks!
