Could doing a 20 hour fast cause a metallic taste in your mouth? I did my first one yesterday and today the sensation is soooo strong. Not sure what else it could be. Haven’t changed any food or medication. Not pregnant, no sinus problems. Hoping someone else may have experienced this?
