so i tried to plan my next week and i got soooo frustrated…
here is my model:

c: deciding when to do my yoga and journaling session
t: if i do it on 05.30 pm i will miss the only hour of sun on the balcony but if i do it later i’m going to hustle through dinner. what should i do??!!
f: stressed
a: indulge, not making a decision, making on but really not be fully into it, planning rest of the week but really frustrated and negative
r: being stressed

i try to make a decision that will the least upset me and for that i have to consider EVERYTHING, so i will be happy about the decision.
and i tell you its soooooooo exhausting. That’s why i don’t do mh1. haha
