MHO & Forgetting Things

I have the recurring thought that I feel like I’m forgetting things. I wonder if MHO would help, or maybe that’s changing the C?

C: I am sitting at my desk on Sunday at 3:04 pm. I had a client call and I was just looking at my PM project for my client’s work.
T: I feel like I’m forgetting something
F: worried
A: worry, not know what it is I’m forgetting, tell myself I’m no good at project management, fantasize about having a project manager in my own business, think about how I have a project manager at my full-time job, worry what my client thinks of me, worry she’s going to fire me.
R: what is my R here?
