C – Monday Hour One list
T – There’s always more on the list than there is time to do it.
F – Overwhelm
A – Overschedule, double book, overlap appointments on my calendar; Don’t schedule hardly any social time; Say fuck it and just watch TV; I don’t hone in on the top goals and tasks
R – I let myself be unfocused and act like my list is doing something to me, forgetting that I am choosing all of it. I don’t show myself that I have choice in the matter.
