Migraine headaches

I have had just a couple of migraine headaches in my life, however this week I have had 3 in a row. This has really scared me and has caused old anxiety symptoms to flare up. I know there is a way to manage my mind around this but I could use some help. And I am seeing my doctor this week but I know can also manage my mind.
