Minimum baseline

I’m loving the “If I’m so smart book” so far! As I was reading the exercise section, I was thinking about my minimum baseline for exercise and realized I’ve been tracking it for months now for no reason other than just to track. I have consistently worked out 3.5 (3-4) days each week for on average 30 minutes per workout. The title of the chapter is “Increase Your Minimum Baseline”, but the chapter really doesn’t talk too much about increasing your minimum baseline. It kind of just talks about setting one if you don’t have one. Any thoughts on when to increase it, or was the whole point of the chapter just making sure you have one? Side note: although the above is my minimum baseline I’ve been slacking off this month so I figured I would commit to my minimum baseline NO MATTER WHAT from now on and then look at increasing it per your guidance.
