During a coaching session someone brought up a current pregnancy and fear about recurrent miscarriage. I was very intentional about staying out of the pool but it was also very hard for me to stay neutral. No matter how much I know it’s a thought-I just keep thinking miscarriage is heartbreaking. So if I’m attached to that thought, how can I coach myself so I’m in a better space to help the client?
My model (which I don’t want to impact theirs)
