C- Started CCP Nov 1
T-I don’t want to tell my Boss
F- Fear
A- not posting on social media, avoid telling people I work with, I sit in fear of losing my current job, not reaching out to find practice clients, not posting on Instagram about life coaching, Not posting on FB about asking for clients, Keeping the school secret, Not showing my true Joy. Not being my true self, keeping my head down not taking any chances at work.
R- I am not creating room for me to be my true self
or would the result be more of
R- I don’t tell anyone I am studying to be a life coach.
