I came to scholars to “worry less” mainly about my health – Any physical sensation I get in my body I freak out about and think something is seriously wrong; I have become a bit of a hypochondriac, and need help with my model:

C: My health (digestion/bloating, having a headache, chronic back pain, etc…)
T: “What if something is wrong with me”
F: Worry
A: go on webbed, complain about issues with other ppl
R: continue to worry (if not more) feel like a victim

Is this too vague?
