A – Go to intel to figure out the current process, asked IT manager about database project, asked old Supervisor about the status, met with team members, approached the in-house programmer about the status of the project
R – An antiquated system and process is still the same

Intentional

T – We have an automated system
F – Excitement
A – Weekly meetings with the IT team, develop an action plan, engage stakeholders and the State’s IT dept
R – An automated and streamlined process
