Model and my apartment

This is the before/after model I did for my apartment:

C: i have an apartment
T: it’s a mess
F: shame and overwhelm
A: avoidance
R: apartment stays messy or gets worse

C: i have an apartment
T: i value my living space
F: love
A: i take care of my living space
R: my apaetment is a reflection of my values

I wasn’t too sure about the R line in the new thought model. Is that a good way of framing it?
