Hello! Fiesta, I wanted to share how that I was discussing the model and coaching approach with my friends today and while doing it I came to so many aha moments myself that it just showed me how important it is to put everything into practice. Such a nice reminder for me.

But my actual ask is for feedback on my model:
UM
C: coaching session with a client
T: I am totally butchering this session
F: confused
A: not being sure, not act confidently, jumping in topics, apologizing, not ve able to clearly think
R: Messed up session

IM

T: I am showing up as a coach
F: sure
A: go with my guts, go with the flow of the session, act confident, hit all points, fail with grace if necessary
R: show up as a coach
