Model Check for "I’m in trouble"


Hello!

Can you check these models for me and let me know how to improve them?

C: thinking about today and the next few weeks
T: I’m in trouble and will be punished
F: fearful
A: I skulk, hide out, don’t plan, and procrastinate
R: I find reasons why I’m in trouble

My attempt at an intentional model:
C: thinking about today and the next few weeks
T: I’m the authority in my life and I decide how to see things
F: empowered
A: I plan, I consider my own desires, I make choices and actually do things
R: I confirm that my opinion matters most

I realize that the “A” lines are sort of vague. And maybe “I’m in trouble” is more of a feeling as it has been a thought/feeling that pops up whenever I’m taking on a lot of new things or when there’s a lot to do. Maybe “I’m in trouble” is the feeling and “I’m going to blow this” is the T?
