I’m still struggling with the A and R lines of the model. I understand them in theory, but when I’m changing my thinking in real time, they both (especially the intentional) feel hypothetical, whereas the C, T, F on both models feel real and immediate. I would like to become clearer about the last 2 lines of the model, so they can feel as real and crisp to me as the C, T, F lines.
It’s probably easiest for you to see my model in action, and give feedback on the A, R lines below. Here’s a model on my impossible goal, which I’ve put in the C line in both models.
Unintentional Model:
C i am the breakout star in an acclaimed feature film that tours top festivals
T i don’t know how to get from here to there
F discouraged, tired
A believe in the status quo
R i don’t really believe it’s possible, so not much progress
Intentional Model
C i am the breakout star in an acclaimed feature film that tours top festivals
T it’s gonna happen, so i may as well enjoy the ride
F Trust, Irreverence, Self-belief
A show up authentically in my work, keep growing as an actor, put myself out there with auditions and networking
R taking strong actions from an authentic place. (OR) self-belief.
Thanks for your feedback!
