T: if i sign it as is, i am weak; i never ask for enough
F: defeated, small, anxious
A: worry, spin in my head
R: sign it and feel terrible about myself

Intentional:
C: contract
T: i am doing my best; it’s good enough as i continue to learn how to be a professional in this industry
F: ?
A: less worried, some resolve
R: sign it with some uncertainty but mostly acceptance of where i’m at
