Hi!
It is taught in LCS that a feeling generates an action.

When I am doing the exercise ”feel 100 urges” and not acting on an urge, though I find the exercise very useful,
I am wondering how it lands on the model.

According to the model, I always act from my emotions, but when I do the ”feel 100 urges” as an exemple, it seems like I am able to feel the emotion and not take action (which is good) but how is it coherent with the theory that a feeling always generates an action?
