Im trying to do the model on my thought “no one wants me”but my action lines and results come out as feelings which cant be right!
Can you help? I seem to have a lot of similar feelings from the same thought I could in this in this as well (unconfident, lonely, unwanted, unworthy) – should i model every feeling?
C – Im still single at 45
T – no one wants me
F – rejected
A – I withdraw? lose confidence, feel not good enough, dwell on my negatives, feel sorry for myself
R – end up alone
