I know that we cannot control our circumstances. I’ve seen in Ask A Coach and also on the live coaching calls, coaches saying that we should not try to control the circumstance, but also that nothing ever happens “to” us. However, I feel like there really are Cs we CAN control, and of course there are Cs that we can’t.
Aren’t we always trying, in one way or another, to control or create a new Circumstance? Ts, Fs, As, and Rs could all technically be Cs in new models.
For example, weight loss is “trying to control the circumstance” because you’re hoping to change the Circumstance of one body fat % number to a lower body fat % number via your Ts, Fs, and As. Your R becomes the new C.
I think I might be overcomplicating this! haha!!
