Hello. Starting again after 7 days break. I want to create a new habit: one model a day.
C I plan my weekly schedule on Monday.
T I have too much that I want to accomplish
F overwhelmed
A I don’t stick to my schedule created by myself, I start something and never finish it, move on to the next thing that comes to mind and I buffer a lot
R I don’t accomplish any of the tasks planned and same things on my list after few months
