I am on Week 2 of the book ‘Your Thoughts About You.’ I was just reading Week 1, which concentrate on the thoughts you think about yourself, and even if I didn’t discover anything new, it feels shocking right now how little I think about myself.
C: I read back Week 1 “Thoughts About You”
T: I can’t believe how negative I am about myself
F: Numb
A: I am sharing with “Ask A Coach”, I am going to do the work to find out why so many negative beliefs about myself
R: I am not the best version of myself
Will work Week 3 and 4 help to change my opinion of myself? Or should I do models on every negative thought I have about myself, and try to create an intentional model for all.
