Model – DAY 14/66

C I leave home at 710am to go to work
T No matter what time I get up, I can never leave on time
F Stressed
A I forget to take my lunch for example, I don’t have time to warm my coffee, I am rushing on the road, do not concentrate enough while driving, I multitask in the car
R I arrive just on time if lucky at work starting my day with negative vibes.

For as long as I can remember , I am always been rushing to go somewhere for a specific time. Part of my identity is “I am not a punctual person”.

What questions should I ask myself to change this thought “I am not punctual’ to ‘I am always on time as I respect people’s time’?
