I submitted a model – DAY 14/66 yesterday about always rushing to go to work . After that model, I set up my alarm last night to make sure to be up earlier and be organized to have plenty of time to get ready and be relaxed.
This morning, this scenario did not happen – usual rush and stress
C My alarm rang at 6am, then 605 and my watch at 610am
T I am too tired to get up, I’ll sleep another 20 ms
A I can’t really sleep as I did not keep my evening promise to myself to get up and take my time., I have to rush to get ready as I got up too late, I didn’t do my 20 mins exercises routine planned the night before.
R another stressful start of the day
How can I change this bad habit?
