Model on Eating Protocol

I’m experiencing what you said about failing ahead of time.


C – eating protocol
T – I don’t think I can do it
F – doubt
A – keep putting it off. Eat the flour items that are still in the house first
R – further delay the start Possibly gain weight or stay the same

C – same
T – at least try it
F – optimistic and hopeful
A – do it and see how it goes
R – prove it can be done or end up tweaking it to work for me
