I am not sure, where to put such statements:
What is the problem?
I don’t know how to accept myself.
I don’t think about others.
I don’t know what kind of wedding I want.
Are these in T or C lines?
In my thought download, I came up with this statement: “I don’t care about anything.”
I did the model; I am not sure it’s ok:
C: I have a life
T: I don’t care about anything.
F: I don’t feel like doing anything
A: I am doing the minimum to live.
R. No many things happen and I have less energy.
