Hi! I would love to have some feedback on my model. I wasn’t sure about the R line.

C: My boyfriend said ‘Let’s do it this way instead’
T: He never wants to do it my way
F: Anger
A: Lash out on him. Complaining that we never do it my way. Spinning angry thoughts in my head over and over.
R: I stay angry.
